whats up with missy, pharrell and timbaland
missy is preparing to release an album in august. her 37th birthday party erupted into a fight between a waitress and a makeup artist. missy attempted to flee.
pharrell is working on a gq spread, appeared in madonna’s latest video which he co-produced, developed a converse shoe and is growing skin to cover unwanted tatoos.
timbaland is now a married man. the reception was chill and other hotel guests not involved with the wedding were allowed to mingle so long as they dressed appropriately.
and thats whats up with them.

we all know it. and now they have raised prices 100%. the 10-ride pass is gone, replaced with a monthly pass of $95. there is supposedly wi-fi, does anyone know if this works?

the general assembly passed the bill to extend the “light rail line near the Oceanfront.” now all we have to do is plan, aquire land and fund the project. also, there needs to be a study of the line. a spokeswoman for kain says, “I don’t think the bill is something that would represent real progress on transportation.”
i want what alternatives she has planned, probably nothing.

despite the “economic pinch,” portsmouth plans to keep building. projects have been granted extentsions and a few are attempting to scale back. but director of developent for the portsmouth redevelopment and housing authority (i wish my title were that long), kathy warren says they want to make sure that “during this downturn…we don’t build projects of a lesser value.”

conceptual designs were show thursday night. the development is “being financed by a $20 million federal Hope VI grant.” planners are expecting to develop 300 units (townhouses, duplexes and apartments), where 221 must be subsidized housing. there will also be 20,000 to 30,000 feet of retail space, which should be occupied with small neighborhood shops.
